Your BEO data lives in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers. When you use AI drafting, the notes you paste are processed transiently via zero-data-retention AI endpoints (never used for training) and are not stored. Payments are processed by PayPal; we store order id, capture id and payer e-mail for refunds. Template/lead e-mails you submit are stored to send you the requested material. Technical logs (IP, user agent) are kept for abuse prevention. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
